We’re seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our scratch kitchen restaurant in Reading, PA. As the Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, and team management, ensuring the highest quality dishes are delivered to our customers.
About the Role:
• Develop and execute menus that showcase creativity, seasonality, flavor, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menus
• Control food costs and manage inventory
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Proven track record of menu development and kitchen management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
