Full job description GENERAL SUMMARY:
Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by responding to requests in an efficient, accurate and effective manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Review product inventory for the purposes of accurately processing and confirming customer orders.
• Communicate product information and order updates to customers.
• Validate and process customer return requests.
• Provide support to Sales Organization to more effectively fulfill customer needs.
• Document, research, and follow up on customer complaints in order to facilitate an effective resolution in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate customer files.
• Take initiative to contribute to the positive growth of the department and organization while being a positive and motivating team player.
• Various office administration duties such as processing faxes, preparation of reports, etc.
• Any duties and responsibility assigned for the department
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have moderate level computer skills in Word and Excel, with the ability to use databases and ERP systems
• Must be a team player
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years call center experience required with a focus on Customer Account Management in the manufacturing industry.
