Full Time, On Site Opportunity
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities for the
•
Coordinate and schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, and communicate updates to customers
•
Manage office operations including phones, emails, filing, and supply ordering
•
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and payment follow-up
•
Maintain accurate job records, work orders, permits, and inspection documentation
•
Support the service manager with administrative tasks, job tracking, and reporting
•
Prepare technician timesheets, assist with payroll entry, and track job costs
•
Serve as a liaison between the field and office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications for the Office Manager:
• 3+ Years in a similar role, handling scheduling and office administration tasks
• Ability to thrive in an independent environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Superb time management skills
