Manager Information Security
Job Summary
The Information Security Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of cyber-security administrative, technical, and physical controls across the Tower Health (TH) System. Works closely with TH providers and employees to evaluate, meet, and support their operational system needs through the appropriate application of security processes and technology. Works closely with the CISO on developing and implementing a risk-based security roadmap and corresponding projects. Manages security engineering and security administration staff to build and maintain a comprehensive cyber-security program prioritized by risk. Manages the Identity and Access Management program and analysts, ensuring that TH staff have the appropriate permissions to the data and systems they need to do their jobs while protecting TH information from inappropriate access.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education & experience.
• Relevant experience in information security or related IT infrastructure in a highly regulated industry with a large employee population.
• Strong understanding of architecture, network security, active directory, lateral movement of data, risk and vulnerability management.
• Customer focused with heavy interaction across the organization with clinicians and leaders
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
