We are accepting resumes for a Receptionist/Admin Support to help support our clients. SUMMARY:
Our Receptionist/Admin Support position exemplifies the professional atmosphere, image and posture of Stratix Systems. Key areas of responsibility include: corporate reception area, administrative phone support, secretarial support to Corporate management, and administrative support to sales/order processing. Employee must possess strong communication and organization skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. Must have the ability to work well with others and manage the pressures of deadlines when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
• Occupy Headquarters entrance reception desk to greet all employees/visitors during normal business hours
• Assist visitors upon arrival to ensure a great customer experience while onsite
• Answer, screen and route all incoming call traffic using “Elevate” phone software.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing daily/bulk mail processing and distribution.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing fax traffic
• Order office supplies for Headquarters/Satellite offices as needed.
• Assist with sales data entry tasks such as cold call customer verifications, Sales Logix customer data entry and clean-up and other sales tasks as necessary.
• Assist with accounting/order processing data entry tasks such as daily check/credit card processing and reconciliation, document scanning and electronic filing and other tasks as necessary.
• Assist clients with order pickups for toner or IT hardware
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable talking on the phone with clients, vendors, sales & service team members.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to self-supervise daily activities and manage priorities.
• Self-starter who displays initiative and has the ability to troubleshoot & solve problems.
• Strong team mentality, with desire to help co-workers maximize their potential.
• Professional dress (business casual) and positive attitude.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High school education with two or more years related experience, or recent college graduate.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate personal computer skills including email, record keeping, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, generally Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. As a non-exempt employee, overtime is paid at one and one-half times rate for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
