Piper Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Engineer to join a leader in the water treatment and membrane technology solutions in Venice , Florida in an On-Site environment. We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support customers with innovative and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Support Engineer
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer requests.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide accurate product information, technical specifications, and pricing details.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations , supporting the sales process with well-organized documentation.
• Qualify leads and route opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for effective follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records , tracking customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications for the Inside Sales Support Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or technical sales support, preferably in water treatment or membrane technology.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales-related software tools.
Compensation for the Inside Sales Support Engineer
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
