Flexible Scheduling You choose your hours—daytime, evening, and weekend availability welcome Perfect for therapists building a private practice, transitioning careers, or seeking work-life balance Work Environment Options Hybrid Model : Mix of in-person and telehealth sessions depending on client need and your availability Full support for telehealth delivery , including HIPAA-compliant platforms Referrals based on your geographic location, specialties, and client preferences Streamlined Admin Support Access to a secure, electronic documentation system (EHR) Referrals, credentialing, and billing handled by our team—focus on the therapy, not the paperwork Onboarding and clinical support to help you get started smoothly Supportive Team Culture Work independently, but stay connected with a team of experienced clinicians and supervisors Optional case consultations and training opportunities Leadership that values your input and respects your clinical autonomy Consistent Client Referrals Strong relationships with referral sources across Virginia We handle the marketing and intake process—you focus on the care Opportunities to serve a variety of populations including youth in foster care, families, and young adults in transition Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic services to clients in the Outpatient setting Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning Collaborate with community partners, case managers, and other professionals Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards Document all sessions and interactions in compliance with Medicaid and licensing requirements Maintain all licensure, insurance, and continuing education in accordance with Virginia requirements Qualifications: Must hold one of the following Virginia Licenses : LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing clinical outpatient counseling services Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills Comfortable working independently in a contractor role Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to ethical practice Ability to manage documentation and scheduling independently Experience working with youth, young adults, or families is a plus Able to operate as an LLC About Impact Living Services: Impact Living Services is a behavioral health agency committed to providing comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Virginia.
