Job Duties / Requirements / Responsibilities: Full Time, Days. General knowledge of maintaining equipment. Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall. Maintain records. Manage computer work order system. Complete fire drills & generator load tests. Participate in on call rotation. Other duties as assigned.
