Description: CMA's Lynchburg Dealerships are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a people person, eager to learn, and looking for a career path in the automotive service industry. Salary based on skills & experience! Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Support service advisors in managing customer inquiries and service requests. And running the desk as needed for coverage. Support cashiers to ensure seamless transaction processes. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality required. High school diploma or equivalent. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
