The Oaks Club, a private, member-owned Golf and Country Club located in beautiful Osprey, FL is seeking a passionate, skilled, and self-motivated Physical Therapist to work in our WellFit Center 20-30 hours per week as an Independent Contractor. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist looking to grow their private practice within a supportive, high-end wellness environment. Our WellFit Center is home to a full suite of fitness and spa services including personal training, Pilates, massage therapy, and now expanding our offers in physical therapy. As a Physical Therapist at The Oaks Club, you will operate independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to offer therapeutic services to an active adult population. Many of our members are avid golfers, tennis players, and fitness enthusiasts looking for injury prevention, performance enhancement, and recovery support. Primary Responsibilities Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy sessions to members in accordance with Florida licensure standards Offer evaluations, assessments, and tailored treatment plans based on member needs and goals Deliver rehabilitation services for orthopedic, sports, and age-related conditions Support the club’s wellness campaigns (e.g., complimentary consults, group workshops) to introduce services to new clients Collaborate with personal trainers, Pilates instructors, and massage therapists to create integrated care plans Maintain appropriate documentation for treatments and follow all legal and ethical guidelines Help promote therapy services through member events, internal referrals, and occasional club activations.
