Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Utilize social media platforms to promote products, share beauty tips, and engage with the community. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments. Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or beauty cosmetics sales is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
