We're seeking a passionate Territory Growth Strategist to expand our reach, manage relationships, and drive sales in Central Florida. Your mission is to ensure our clients receive tailored solutions that elevate their business. Your Core Responsibilities: Engage actively with both new prospects and established clients, identifying key sales possibilities. Develop trusted relationships with clients to address their project needs. Collaborate with Customer Service for seamless client interactions. Accurately record and manage client data and communications. Identify new product lines for business advancement. Oversee a defined territory with a focus on contractors and potential clients, nurturing repeat business. Plan for an equal balance of office and field-based work (50% each). We Seek Candidates With: An educational background or a blend of education and practical experience relevant to the role (3-5 years). Prior knowledge in aluminum, fencing, or shutter industries is beneficial. Proficiency in consultative sales methods. Friendly with excellent people skills. Ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders. Motivated and results-driven approach. Familiarity with business technology and software systems.
