Shift: Part time Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and exterior surfaces Perform touch-ups and repairs to maintain a fresh and professional appearance throughout the facility Properly cover and protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting Maintain inventory of paint supplies and request materials as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized work areas Assist with other maintenance duties as needed, including light repairs and general upkeep Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a painter in a residential, commercial, or facility setting preferred Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safe equipment use Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Good communication and time management skills Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed Why Join Spring Oak?
