REQUIREMENTS: Driver’s License preferably a Class “A” CDL Relevant Hands-on Experience in the Mechanical field Diagnose failures of equipment/vehicles, disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary Perform preventative maintenance on equipment/vehicles Answer road calls Maintain vehicle records as required Maintain and repair fleet equipment Fill out all necessary documents Maintain records such as daily check list (pre-trip inspection) Regular, reliable, predictable attendance EXPECTATIONS: Safety: Ensuring all team members use and understand equipment requirements Ensuring all equipment is having proper PM maintenance performed Performance & Quality: Oversee day-to-day site operations shop and equipment service Maintaining a schedule and ensuring budgets and quality expectations are being met Identifying and communicating more efficient ways to perform day-to-day operations Crew Management: Proper time keeping for payroll and job costing Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles Providing the Operations Manager with feedback on equipment needs Assisting the Operations Manager in the development and training of team members Typical Scheduling Information: Work Week is Monday – Friday, some Saturdays as needed. Typical start time is 7:00 Am to 3:30pm Weekly paychecks Eligible for overtime Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
