Job Responsibilities
• Qualified candidate must have 3+ years of sales management experience
• Passionate about customer retention and sales NPS
• Determine monthly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
• Work with each salesperson individually to meet objectives
• Active manager in immediate and long term follow-up processes
• Create a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention
• Conduct daily sales meetings and trade walks
• Maintain new and used inventory
