About the Project:
We are launching a landmark luxury condominium development in the heart of Sarasota, FL, catering to discerning buyers seeking elevated coastal living. This premier re-development project offers unparalleled architecture, amenities, and finishes.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated in-house Luxury Residential Sales Broker to lead pre-construction sales efforts for our exclusive high-end condominium project. This role requires a polished, professional individual with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales, ideally with experience selling high-rise or waterfront developments in Florida or comparable markets. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, results-oriented, and thrives in a boutique, high-touch sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the developer in all aspects of pre-development sales from initial prospecting through contract execution and closing
• Host private presentations, VIP events, and site tours for prospective buyers, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Educate clients on floorplans, pricing, amenities, finishes, and lifestyle offerings associated with the project
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, maintaining ongoing relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback and support strategic outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure accurate communication of timelines, purchase agreements, and closing processes
• Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback
Qualifications:
• Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales, with a preference for new development or pre-construction
• Demonstrated success in achieving high-value transactions ($2M+)
• Deep understanding of the Sarasota luxury real estate market or similar high-end coastal markets
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, digital presentations, and sales platforms
• Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and integrity
• Weekend availability and flexibility to accommodate buyer schedules
