In addition to tax, you’ll have the opportunity to become a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) — opening the door to an expanded service offering and additional income streams. It’s a great fit for someone who’s ready to level up and diversify beyond traditional tax work.
What will you do?
• Lead strategic tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, including estate, trust, and gift planning
• Act as the go-to advisor on all tax matters for your clients
• Research and resolve complex tax issues (multi-state, partnership, international, etc.)
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and growth

What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of tax experience (public accounting or client-facing advisory strongly preferred)
• Deep knowledge of individual tax and high-net-worth planning
• Experience with estates, trusts, and gift taxation
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Entrepreneurial spirit — you like building relationships and solving problems
