I’m currently partnering with a prominent Westchester firm to hire a Senior Real Estate Transactions Attorney (8+ years) to join their highly respected practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a 45-attorney platform known for flexibility, client trust, and a collaborative structure that rewards entrepreneurial thinking. Here’s what you need to know:
🏢 The Firm :
Full-service Westchester firm with deep roots and decades of regional credibility
Highly flexible hybrid structure – 3 days onsite, with autonomy to manage your schedule
Focused on partner development — most partners made it in 3–4 years
Multiple compensation structures depending on your goals:
• Traditional base + origination bonus
• Or fee-based with 40% on personal work + 15–20% on firm work
Health, vision, and dental insurance (80% firm-paid for single plans), 401(k) with match
📌 Your Role :
🏗️ Handle complex real estate acquisition, financing, and leasing work with minimal supervision
📞 Work directly with sophisticated clients on high-value deals in Westchester and beyond
📄 Negotiate and draft deal documents with autonomy and confidence
🤝 Collaborate with an experienced team and position yourself for near-term partnership
✅ Requirements :
At least 8 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Strong deal execution skills — ideally from a larger firm environment
Existing book of business a plus
Admitted to practice in New York
Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow in a supportive environment
