Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for referred patients, supervised by the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist.
• Responsibilities include supervising assistants, aides, and students, and supporting all phases of the Rehabilitation Continuum.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, and ancillary staff.
