This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role requires at least 1+ years of speech therapy experience and involves supporting K-1st grade students in a K-12 school setting in Reading, PA.
• Manage a caseload of 84 students, including 45 receiving speech therapy and 43 in special education learning and emotional support classrooms.
• Provide individualized speech and language therapy aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate with special education staff, educators, and families to enhance student communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress.
• Participate in team meetings and support student development.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, valid PA license, and required clearances.
