Founding Full-Stack Developer
About ReplyQuick
ReplyQuick is a communications platform providing lead recovery infrastructure for service-based businesses. By combining intelligent call handling, automated messaging, and integrated scheduling, we help businesses recover missed opportunities and streamline customer engagement without adding operational overhead.
Our product is built for real-world use: high-volume service providers who lose leads every day due to missed calls or delayed follow-ups. We aim to solve that with instant response systems and unified communication workflows tailored to the small business environment.
About the Internship
We are offering a 6-month full-stack development internship for a capable and independent developer who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, early-stage software product. This is an unpaid role designed for someone seeking meaningful startup experience, founder-level collaboration, and the opportunity to build infrastructure-level features used in production.
This position is well-suited for candidates on OPT/CPT or STEM extensions who require an internship letter and are looking to work on a live software product with real users and clear deliverables.
Technologies You’ll Work With
• Next.js, Node.js
• Supabase, PostgreSQL
• Twilio (voice and SMS), Stripe, Cal.com
• AssemblyAI, PlayHT (telecom and transcription APIs)
• TailwindCSS, Figma
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Experience building and deploying full-stack web applications
• Strong understanding of API integration (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Twilio or similar communications tools
• The ability to independently manage tasks, debug issues, and write clean, maintainable code
• A strong grasp of backend data flow, authentication, and service-based architecture
• Bonus: experience with Supabase, Stripe, or similar platforms
What You’ll Be Working On
• Core infrastructure features: call handling, messaging workflows, logging systems
• CRM-style dashboards for lead management and follow-up tracking
• Integration with third-party tools: calendar systems, payment processors, telephony platforms
• UI components based on Figma designs, built responsively with TailwindCSS
• Collaboration through GitHub, Loom, and async messaging tools
What You’ll Gain
• Hands-on experience contributing to a real SaaS product
• Direct access to the founder and early-stage product development
• A signed internship agreement and letter of recommendation upon completion
• Future consideration for paid part-time or full-time roles based on performance
• A resume-ready portfolio of meaningful technical work, shipped in a production context
