What You’ll Do
Deliver speech-language pathology services in line with clinical standards and Revital’s care protocols
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to inform treatment planning
Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies to promote continued progress in daily routines
Document services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
