We’re looking for a skilled and service-minded Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional living experiences.
As a Maintenance Technician, your expertise will directly impact the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents. From handling urgent repairs to preparing homes for move-in, your role is essential in keeping our properties running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Resident Hero – Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance needs, aiming to resolve issues within 24 hours when possible.
Versatile Fixer – Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
Make-Ready Pro – Complete make-ready repairs and prepare units for new occupancy on schedule.
Record Keeper – Keep detailed records of service requests, preventative maintenance, and completed work.
Emergency Responder – Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Code Keeper – Stay up to date on relevant building codes and safety regulations, ensuring all work meets standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician (residential property experience a plus)
Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided)
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Ability to pass a background check
Personal set of basic tools
