What You'll Do
• Coordinate and track project budgets, timelines, and materials for high-end residential projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project takeoffs, and change orders with exceptional accuracy.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and submittals in alignment with project milestones.
• Maintain clear communication between field and office teams, including Project Managers, Architects, and Clients.
• Manage Sage 100 Contractor and other construction software platforms to support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
• Source vendors and subcontractors, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor invoicing, draw schedules, ASIs, and procurement compliance.
What You Bring
• 5-10+ years' experience in luxury residential construction, estimating, or project coordination.
• Required: Proficiency in Sage products - this is a non-negotiable core tool.
• Experience with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of takeoffs, custom home materials, finishes, and Florida luxury vendors.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and technical specifications with ease.
• High attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Sarasota or Manatee County residency required.
