ERP & IT Operations Specialist
We’re seeking an ERP & IT Operations Specialist to support our operations.
** Must be willing to work 7am - 3pm daily **
The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
• Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues with detailed reports for further investigation and resolution.
• Oversee the operation of our automated warehouse systems, promptly addressing errors and proposing enhancements to improve integration processes.
• Provide timely IT Helpdesk and end-user support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tickets are resolved efficiently.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune) and Windows-based environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
• IT related education or experience (e.g. IT certification or diploma in an IT related field)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and Intune.
• Experience with ERP systems; a willingness to learn Acumatica ERP is essential.
• Background in logistics and e-commerce is a plus.
• Cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with API integrations, including managing and troubleshooting connections.
• Familiarity with VoIP solutions (RingCentral or equivalent).
• Understanding of networking concepts and remote access tools (VPN, Remote Desktop).
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick resolution and preventive strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth IT operations.
• Availability to work Monday – Friday, 7am - 3pm.
