? Experience in Telephony Systems configuration, Avaya Call Manager, System Manager, & Voicemail Systems.? Experience with NICE Uptivity Call Recording / Screen capture, TASKE Reporting, Cisco, Secure Telephone, and Video Communications? Experience with Telecommunications Technologies? Advanced understanding of technical, functional aspects of Avaya PBX systems? Administer the Avaya Unified Communications environment.? AWS Connect configuration and administration.? Ability to establish communication systems by programming Voice and Data Telecommunications network Circuits and equipment.? Knowledge of Business Recovery in the event of a disaster.? Knowledge of Designing Telephony Networks.
