Ticket Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented executive to join our team and assist with ticket sales, customer service, and community engagement.
Position Overview
As a Ticket Sales Executive at Sarasota Paradise, you will be an essential part of our team. The purpose of this role is to drive individual and small group ticket sales and support community engagement to maximize game, camp, and event attendance.
Major Responsibilities
• Ticket Sales: Sell individual and small group tickets (e.g., 1-19 tickets) for games, camps,
and PSC events via phone, email, text, or in-person, meeting revenue targets.
• Event Sales Presence: Promote and sell tickets at events (e.g., camps, corporate
meetups, STM events), coordinating with Fan & Community Engagement Manager and Group Ticket Sales Representative.
• Lead Generation & Community Engagement: Engage local communities (e.g., schools, fan
groups) through outreach (e.g., events, presentations) to generate leads and drive individual
and small group ticket sales.
• Campaign Support: Leverage Head of Marketing's ticketing campaigns and CRM data to target individual
and small group buyers effectively.
• Customer Follow-Up: Communicate with ticket buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage
repeat purchases, reporting feedback to Head of Ticketing (HOT).
• Data Tracking: Log sales activity, ticket sales, and customer interactions in CRM, supporting
HOT’s monthly reports.
Key Measurables
• Game Day attendance from group ticket sales tracked per game, per HOT’s targets.
• Ticket sales revenue tracked monthly in CRM, per HOT’s targets.
• Minimum 250 sales contacts (calls, emails, texts) documented weekly in CRM.
• Community engagement events attended monthly, per HOT’s targets.
• Ticket renewals and retention rate tracked annually, per HOT’s targets.
• Weekly sales updates to Head of Ticketing.
Qualifications
• Minimum one year in a sports sales role or relevant experience
• Strong interest in sales, community, and building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work well with a variety of people.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle heavy amount of phone calls (outbound & inbound)
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
• College Graduate (4 years preferred)
• Proven track record in sales and service
• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems preferred
