Job Summary
The Supply Chain Contracts Manager will independently perform procurement and supplier management functions to support system-wide agreements, capital spend management, corporate level agreements and operations, and various activities related to contract management. This position provides support and recommendation based on the business review of contracts, communications with vendors, and hospital staff.
Required Qualifications
• Require a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, supply chain or other related field of study. Master's degree preferred/
• Require a minimum of five (5) years or experience in the preparation, negotiation, analytics and monitoring of healthcare supply, equipment and service contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prefer the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification from the America Hospital Association (AHA).
• Prefer demonstrated written and oral communication skills, to include composing contract language correspondence.
• Prefer the ability to build strong relationships and deliver high quality service to all customers.
• Prefer demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations in a diplomatic manner.
• Prefer demonstrated computer proficiency with Windows-based applications.
• Prefer demonstrated organizational and time management skills to maximize productivity and outcomes.
