Our Kforce client is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join their team in Sarasota, FL. This position is scheduled as 2 days on-site. Responsibilities:
• Support audit projects across cross-functional areas with moderate oversight
• Apply a risk-based approach to operational and strategic audits
• Develop audit programs and project plans and manage the full audit lifecycle
• Collaborate across teams to leverage knowledge and achieve results
• Engage with diverse business end-markets and initiatives
• Other ad-hoc strategic projects
• Active CPA license required
• 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting/internal audit, consulting, or public accounting
• Experience with publicly traded company audits, technical accounting, or advisory services
Preferred experience with:
• SOX compliance
• ASC 606 (software revenue recognition)
• Project management
• Advanced Excel/data analysis
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
