Associate Principal - Package Implementation
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing software requirements building architectural diagrams and designing screens business rules and workflows
• Coding and configuration: Writing programs configuring packaging deploying software and establishing following coding standards. Debugging and unit testing code performing peer code reviews and mentoring junior resources
• Testing and Debugging: Implementing integration and configuration changes
• Collaboration and Communication: Working with business and IT stakeholders including internal team’s business stakeholders and partners
• Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving system problems ensuring application performance reliability and quality
• Agile practice: Working in agile teams contributing to standups retros planning and continuous improvement
• Guidewire Specific: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter ACE certified including Invoicing Billing Types Payments and Delinquency processes
Technical Skills (Primary)
• Strong expertise in Gosu scripting Java and Guidewire Studio
• Guidewire Expertise Handson experience in Guidewire Billing Center configuration including PCF Business Rules and related processes
• Software Development Lifecycle Experience in Guidewire specific software development lifecycle and project life cycle
• Industry Knowledge Solid understanding of the PC Insurance industry and its billing processes
• Cloud and DevOps Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud DevOps and Agile frameworks
• Testing Experience with Guidewire Testing GT Framework
Required Experience
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in configuring Guidewire BillingCenter
• Guidewire Cloud Platform experience is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience

Benefits
Compensation range: $ 140,000.00 to 150,000.00 per year
