Member Services & Office Coordinator
Status: Full-Time (32–40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (25–29 hrs/week) - Non-exempt
Schedule: Must be available 11:00-6:30 PM; occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends
Location: Girls Inc. of Wayne County, Richmond, IN

Want to make a difference in the lives of youth in our community? Are you passionate about helping families, keeping things organized, and making young people feel welcomed and safe? Girls Inc. of Wayne County is looking for a warm, energetic Member Services & Office Coordinator to serve as the friendly face of our center. From greeting families to managing important data, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every girl has a smooth and positive experience, all while supporting the mission to inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold!
Key Responsibilities • Greet girls, families, and visitors with kindness and professionalism
• Answer phones and manage family inquiries and pickups
• Monitor child safety through ID checks and visitor screening
• Maintain accurate membership records and track attendance using our data system
• Communicate with families about program schedules, billing, and events
• Assist with health and safety procedures such as administering basic first aid or tracking medication
• Support staff with clerical needs like filing, mailings, and calendars
• Coordinate front-desk communications and handle cash/check payments
• Organize and track in-kind donations
• Help with flyers, social media, and marketing communications
• Attend training, meetings, and team planning sessions
• Serve as a positive and dependable presence in the office and on-site
What You’ll Bring • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or youth programs
• Comfort with technology and data systems (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and customer service skills, with both adults and youth
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Enjoy working in a child-centered environment
• Must pass background check; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace
