Established in 1995, Forest Health and Rehab is a 97 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located in Lynchburg, VA, which many may know as “Hill City” or “The City of Seven Hills”. The facility sits on a cul-de-sac shared with Johnson’s Health Center and The Surgery Center of Lynchburg, and is conveniently located near Lynchburg General Hospital.
Each year, the community participates in The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, which they fundraise all year long for with cookouts, bake sales, yard sales, and other fun events. The team also participates in Toys for Tots every holiday season to give back to those in need.

1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required Geriatric patient experience - Required NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred BSN - Preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle BLS (AHA)
