Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales)

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while promoting AAA products and services. Your responsibilities will include consistently up-selling and cross-selling AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals; assisting members in planning domestic travel vacations including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks; answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery; and serving as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable. Minimum qualifications include previous sales and customer service experience, effective written and oral communication skills, proficiency in computer skills for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, willingness to obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months of employment, basic geography knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results.
