e:The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot and the Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint). Key responsibilities include creating data-driven dashboards and reports, maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. The role also involves applying industry best practices, conducting performance assessments, maintaining documentation, training staff on automation tools, and ensuring all solutions comply with Fidelity standard
