About the Role

This full-time, in-office leadership position plays a critical role in overseeing post-close warranty operations, supporting expanding communities, and leading a high-performing team of warranty and customer service professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset and strong homebuilding experience to elevate homeowner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
• Direct and mentor both field and office-based warranty staff
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members
• Oversee scheduling, productivity tracking, and employee engagement
• Process weekly payroll and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Customer Satisfaction & Quality Oversight
• Act as the primary escalation contact for homeowner warranty concerns
• Manage timely scheduling and completion of all service requests
• Establish and communicate clear expectations with homeowners
• Follow up on completed work to confirm quality and satisfaction
Trade Partner Coordination
• Schedule and manage service work with trades and vendors
• Confirm payment and scope alignment with contract agreements
• Keep homeowners and trades aligned with clear timeline updates
Operational Execution & Reporting
• Maintain complete, organized records of all service activity and claims
• Analyze recurring warranty trends to recommend process improvements
• Deliver reporting on key customer service metrics to division leadership
• Assist in budget preparation, compliance audits, and safety protocols
Ideal Qualifications
• Experience: 7+ years in residential construction or warranty management, with prior leadership experience
• Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of trade coordination, construction practices, and post-close operations
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Systems: Proficient in warranty management tools (BuilderTrend, Punchlist Manager, or similar)
• Mindset: Highly organized, solution-oriented, and committed to exceptional homeowner service
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted
