Timesavers Caregiving & Concierge is looking for a Caregiver Ambassador in Owensboro to support our caregivers, assist with client visits, and help grow our team through recruiting and onboarding. This hybrid role is a mix of fieldwork and office support—perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in both client care and company culture. What You’ll Do: Provide support to new caregivers through hands-on training and first shift check-ins Conduct drop-in visits to ensure client satisfaction and care consistency Help cover call-outs to maintain quality care Assist with recruiting efforts, including job fairs and caregiver outreach Conduct interviews and participate in the onboarding process for new hires Collaborate with the office team to foster a supportive environment for caregivers Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Pass a background check and drug screen Complete a two-step TB test Have reliable transportation Bring patience, compassion, and a team-first attitude 3+ years of caregiving or CNA experience Why Join Timesavers?
