Overview
HealthPro Heritage is currently seeking to add a Full-Time Allied Health Recruiter.

• Fully remote position with availability needed Monday throuh Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Earning income potential starts at $65,000 per year and is based on experience. Commission structure eligible to supplement base.

Responsibilities
* Meets with other Directors/Recruiting, Human Resource professionals, Operations teams etc
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with Rheab directors, RVPs, and SVPs
*Update and monitor HPH website, working closely with each rehab manager, making sure opening is valid
*develop area specific marketing and advertising strategies to achieve hiring goals withing budget expectations (cold calling, direct mail, employee referrals, university recruiting, relocation, etc
*Manage campus recruiting and other recruiting events;
*Conduct initial phone screen with interested applicants
*Maintain ICIMS record updates on openings and candidates
*provide assistance for critical openings outside of your designated area, as needed
*conduct analysis of staffing mix a nd oopen positions and rovide operations with recruitment/staffing alternatives to meet business plan objectives;
*Ensure minimum staffing requirements are met while recruiting to fill open positions.
*Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment proces
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
*Working knowledge of recruiting issues.
*Demonstrated ability to close candidates and create alternative recruiting strategies.
*Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced (healthcare) staffing environment a plus, but not required.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational and teamwork skills.
*Possess the ability to effectively work independently, with minimal supervision.
*Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
*Have a willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
*Must have familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, speech language pathology.
*Must be able to communicate effectively with corporate and field management.
*Experience with ICIMS is a plus
