Job Details:
We are onboarding a new process OCR process with ICE. This will be validating that the correct information was extracted from specific documents. This role will be auditing the results that are fed back to NetO cloud to ensure accuracy amongst both systems. The employee will need to be able to communicate well with management along with those who are making errors to better improve the process and system/s.
Candidates will be expected to classify documents, audit extraction data points, compare data between systems to ensure accuracy. Report and communicate all errors and issues they see daily. Mostly interacting via email. Looking for Someone who can communicate well, as this position will be documenting errors found through a QC process. Attention to detail so we can ensure we are finding all errors and improving the system to the best of our ability.
This position will be mainly working in DDA (formally known as AIQ) Experience would be nice but not required. Working with a team of 12 employees who report directly to me. CICR has 2 teams within the Moreland office, and we sit right next to each other. Training will be completed as the new process roles out. There is currently no performance metrics set as this role is still being built out.
