We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our orthopedics healthcare team. The ideal candidate coordinates surgical appointments, verifying that all necessary information is accurately recorded, and communicated. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in medical administrative support. The Surgery Scheduler schedules hospital and surgery center procedures for surgeons. Schedules surgical procedures following physician availability, protocols, and patient needs. Works in electronic health systems. Communicates effectively with patients regarding their surgical appointment, and pre-operative instructions.
