Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team as we onboard a new Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process. This role focuses on quality control and accuracy validation between extracted document data and cloud-based systems. You will work closely with both technical teams and management to identify, report, and help resolve errors, playing a key role in improving overall process accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit extracted data points from OCR-processed documents.
• Compare information between systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Classify and review documents as part of the quality control workflow.
• Document and report errors or discrepancies.
• Communicate findings via email and collaborate with team members to drive improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training as the new process is rolled out.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with document processing systems (e.g., DDA, formerly AIQ) is a plus but not required.
