Position Summary: The FMS Enrollment Supervisor oversees the development and growth of the FMS Programs by providing direct supervision and oversight to the FMS Enrollment staff. The FMS Enrollment Supervisor will serve as the first point of contact for Enrollment referrals and serves as a subject matter expert.
Essential Functions (Primary Duties):
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Fiscal Management Services Enrollment team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets organizational standards and goals.
• Ensure that programming and enrollments meet required standards with established processes and contract compliance. This includes, but is not limited to, all new-hire paperwork, annual training, annual Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings, monthly budget statement mailings, and Incident Management reports.
• Create program measurement tools, oversee data collection, and evaluate outcomes.
• Serves as a subject matter expert, investigating and resolving matters of significance on behalf of management.
• Hold staff accountable for accomplishing goal completion as well as establishing goals and plans for the upcoming year.
• Draft, implement, and periodically review policies to reflect best practices and the changing needs of the organization.
• Provide regular programmatic reports and updates to the leadership team, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial matters.

Education/Relevant Work Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or relevant field required.
• Experience: In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience of 10 years working with individuals with disabilities and 2 years in a supervisory role may be considered.
• Required to obtain Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Certified Investigator’s Certificate within one year of hire.

Work Schedule: The typical week is a 37.5-hour work week: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
