Job Summary
The Customer Success Specialis t is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the onboarding, implementation, and post-installation phases. This role acts as the primary liaison between internal departments and external clients, coordinating all aspects of service delivery, training, and support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and excels in both customer-facing and internal team environments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and manage copier and technology installations at client sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation.
• Organize delivery logistics, training sessions, networking setup, and supply needs.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all onsite and implementation activities.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Support project management during high-volume periods and special initiatives.
• Stay current with new technologies and internal process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, client coordination, or implementation support .
Skills:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe tools, and MAC applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and driving to client sites.
