Summary: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee engineering projects, manage a team, and enhance battery manufacturing processes.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering required.
• Five years of proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Prefer Six Sigma Certification.
• Responsibilities:
• Provide direction regarding company policies and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain a zero-injury mindset.
• Determine the need for training and talent development of the engineering team.
• Manage and direct all plant engineering activities and cost analysis.
• Lead team to create scope of work for projects.
• Collaborate with production to improve throughput and ergonomics.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
