Essential Job Functions:
• Assists with training and managing staff
• Supervise the display and delivery of food and drinks
• ensure prompt and friendly customer service
• Maintain quality and service standards
• ensure all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients
• Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards
• Assist with managing inventory
• respond to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively
• Operating point of sale system, processing payments
Candidate must be able to bend, kneel, stand for long periods, squat, twist, and reach over head. Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Candidate will possess working knowledge of restaurant, have good written and communication skills.
Must have former Supervisor experience in upscale restaurant
