Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX GPS Dental Lab in Sarasota, for a Part Time Driver and Shipping & Receiving Clerk.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

While the responsibilities outlined below, may not be inclusive, team members in the Shipping and Receiving Department may be trained on, and/or assigned any tasks below.
Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
• Learn delivery route(s) as assigned.
• Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned.
• Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
• Meet the needs of the customer by being flexible and receptive to changes/alterations in the delivery route(s).
• Observe all rules of the road and proper safety at all times.
• Actively participate and share ideas for improvement that will positively affect the relationship the laboratory has with customers and efficiency of routes.
• Ensure the responsible use, safety and care of equipment.
• Ensure preventative maintenance requirements are met and that automobile is kept clean.
• Participate in Company sponsored training and meetings as required.
• Support and incorporate NDX’s Mission, Vision and Values into daily endeavors.
• Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
• Perform the scheduling function for each case received.
• Through LIS, enter demographics and customer information.
• Print preference notes matching to case.
• Move case into production area.
• Pack and ship completed case for delivery to the customer through local source or national carrier.
• Invoice cases and assist with billing questions or issues.
• Scan paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Respond to all inquiries from customer’s office.
• Refer all technical inquires to appropriate team member.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And Experience Required
• Valid driver’s license; maintain an acceptable driving record per NDX standards.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Entry level role (less than 6 months experience).
• Disinfectant process chemicals.
• Personal protective equipment as required.
• Office equipment.
