Your Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential and current clients, spotting areas for business growth. Forge and maintain strong relationships to address material needs effectively. Partner with Customer Service for consistent client communication. Keep detailed records of interactions within our CRM system. Pursue growth opportunities with emerging products. Oversee a geographically defined customer base, catering to contractors and expanding into new markets. Balance your week with 50% travel and 50% office duties. What We Seek: College degree or equivalent combination of education and field experience (minimum 3-5 years). Familiarity with aluminum, fencing, or hurricane shutters is advantageous. Adept at consultative sales tactics. Enthusiastic, personable attitude. Strong communication and professional rapport skills. Proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Technical adaptability with computer systems and software. Competency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and planning abilities.
