Qualifications
• Valid Pennsylvania Certification as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working with middle school-aged children
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive school environment
Responsibilities
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and complete Reevaluation Reports (RRs) and Evaluation Reports (ERs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement IEPs
• Provide consultation services regarding students' psychological and educational needs
• Lead professional development workshops for staff on mental health and wellness
• Monitor and support students progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
