Corporate Accounting Manager
The Connexa Search Group is recruiting for a Corporate Accounting Manager on behalf of a growing privately owned company in the Greenville, SC area. This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who is ready to build and lead a small team, strengthen financial infrastructure, and partner closely with executive leadership.
This role will oversee the full accounting function—including AP/AR, payroll, and compliance—while owning financial reporting, audit readiness, and revenue reconciliation across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings strong General Ledger experience, a deep understanding of month-end close, and a proactive mindset to improve processes and support organizational growth.
Highlights:
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financials including consolidated reports
• Lead a small accounting team and serve as primary contact for audits
• Develop and implement policies, internal controls, and forecasting tools
• Drive reporting accuracy, manage fixed assets, and support budget analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
