The Salesforce Consultant position is a fundamental role in assuring the success of our growth by supporting SFDC implementation with numerous clients, integration and overall planning of Salesforce.com Enterprise-level accounts.

This position requires limited regional travel and working direction with clients.
AvideonCRM is looking for Salesforce.com Consultants to review and provide guidance on the Force.com platform Configuration, Security model, Integration methodologies, Secure data exchange, Release and Change Management processes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
• Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
• Work closely with clients to deploy a solution around well-formed complex business requirements.
• Work with technical resources to create and implement unique solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce.com platform
• Review and Hands-on advise on best practices of designing/developing Force.com solutions including coding standards, Sharing of Objects, version control, Testing Methodologies (unit testing, regression testing and system integration testing).
• Documentation of requirements and specifications for custom components and interfaces
• Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, trade-offs, and provide impact analysis
• Contribute practical experiences with Salesforce.com and system integrations
• Provide detailed guidance on controlled deployment of Force.com applications and SFDC platform releases.
• Review SFDC security model including user authentication, profiles, permission sets, roles, etc. configured in SFDC environment and provide recommendations to manage multiple validated applications in multiple ORGs.
• Review API, governor limits, and features of the validated ORG and provide recommendations to enable the ORG to deploy multiple validated applications.
• Provide support to Client Teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
• 4+ years' application development and design experience
• 4+ years' experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
• Sales cloud consultant or equivalent experience
• Familiar with Cloud Computing concepts and how to conduct requirement gathering sessions with respect to Salesforce.com technologies
• Working experience of key Salesforce architectural concepts and how they influence solution design.
• Participation in each phase of Salesforce implementations, planning-analysis-design/architect-build-deploy and support
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of the business processes and Salesforce ecosystem (AppExchange)
• Strong technical foundation
• Understands data migration practices
• Understands web services and available technologies not necessarily part of the Salesforce.com stack, but those which might be utilized to transport data in an enterprise environment (E.g. Informatica, Jitterbit)
• Delivering SFDC Force.com applications architecture, development, integration, application testing and deployment
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
• 4+ years' application development and design experience
• 4+ years' experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform
LICENSURE and/or CERTIFICATION
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
• Sales cloud consultant or equivalent experience
