Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
• Monitor and evaluate scheduling process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate schedules and manage employee time off requests.
• Manage relationships with staff and client facility managers.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate personnel performance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
